We will contact you when a property becomes available.
The residences in Lyceum are let in the free sector. It is therefore not possible to receive rent allowance.
No, unfortunately we can’t do that. Every house seeker gets an equal chance. Bridges Wonen has a large rental portfolio in the city and region of Utrecht. Are you interested in our housing offer? Income
Renting at Lyceum is possible from € 1,425, -, depending on the type of house (studio, apartment or maisonette). When a house matching your living requirements becomes available, we will inform you of the rental price for that house. To rent, we require an average gross monthly income of at least three times the basic monthly rent. Renting together? Then modified conditions apply. Want to know more? No, unfortunately you will not be eligible for accommodation at Lyceum.
The residences at Lyceum are not suitable for house-sharing.
Renting accommodation at Lyceum is only possible if your income is sufficient. For this purpose, a maximum of two incomes may be taken into account. Guarantees are not possible.
Renting
Renting at Lyceum is possible from € 1,425, -, depending on the type of house (studio, apartment or maisonette). This rental price does not include service charges of € 100, -.
The surface area of the residences ranges from 42 m² to 88 m². Two homes have a 5 m² balcony. All residences are equipped with an outdoor storage room of 5 m².
Yes, the service charges are €100 per month. Among other things, we use this money to clean and maintain the common areas in the Lyceum. In addition, you pay a monthly charge for district heating, electricity and water. You conclude the contracts for these yourself and the costs are charged directly to you by your supplier.
The minimum rental period at Lyceum is one year.
All Lyceum homes have the following features:
- Large windows fitted with well-insulated glass.
- Large windows fitted with well-insulated glass
- Smooth plastered and bright painted walls up to the high ceilings. A colour that contrasts nicely with the light oak flooring.
- Bespoke kitchens fitted with the latest Bosch appliances: with a fridge-freezer, combination oven, dishwasher and induction hob.
- Luxury sanitary in the separate toilet and bathroom, such as a modern bathroom cabinet, rain shower, design radiator, glass shower wall and mirror with lighting. This will give you a relaxing spa moment every day.
- Customised window decoration: white in between curtains for daytime and blackout curtains for evening.
- (Technical) room with connections for washing and drying machines.
- Each residence is equipped with air conditioning and low-temperature underfloor heating.
- With numerous sustainable features, such as LED lighting, district heating and own energy generation through six solar panels.
The residences come with an indoor storage room with connections for washing and drying machines. They also have a 5 m² outbuilding storage room on private property.
A limited number of parking spaces are available at Lyceum.
The energy labels of our homes range from A+ to A+++. We are proud of this! During the renovation, the building was insulated. The homes are equipped with numerous sustainable features, such as LED lighting, district heating and own energy generation by means of six solar panels.
